Note before use

Detailed Guide to Ghost Win 10

Step 1: BIOS Configuration

Use F2, Delete keys to access BIOS. Check if BIOS is UEFI or Legacy. If Legacy, switch to UEFI (Enable). Then find Secure Boot and enable it.

Step 2: Backup Data to Prevent Loss

This step allows you to back up data from the desktop, downloads, documents to drive D or E as you prefer.

Step 3: Partition the Hard Drive

Use USB Boot Anhdv or DLC Boot into mini Windows. Use Partition Wizard to delete partitions smaller than 10GB at the front, delete the Windows installation partition (usually C). Be careful and name each partition to prevent data loss.

Step 4: Deploy Ghost

Use Acronis True Image 2018. Choose Recover My Disk. In the Patch section, browse to the ghost file location (usually at drive D or E).

Continue with Recover whole disk and partition

Select EFI and NTFS (Windows). Choosing Track 0 will delete all data.

Continue by choosing New Location to create EFI partition. Click on Unallocated then Next, then create Windows partition. Remember to select Change Default to extend the Windows partition.

Finally, click Process to start. Wait for completion and reboot is finished.
